内閣府中央防災会議のサイトになかなかアクセスできない

レスポンスが異常に遅く，タイムアウトになることもあるので，アクセスが集中しているのだろう。

国民全員が同時にアクセス（同時に１億アクセス以上が集中）しても全く問題がないように設計しておかないと，とてもeJapanとは言えないのではないだろうか？
