「電力をクリーン」だと述べる虚構もやめるべきだ。

自動車は，石油でも電気でもなく，水素によって動かすことができる。
また，これまでのしがらみを捨てることさえできれば，（少なくとも小規模な発電に関する限り）熱を直接に電気に変換する技術を開発することは極めて容易なことだ。例えば，オーストリアの田園地帯に見られるような小規模な水力発電は，かなり期待できるものだと言える。
そのように理解すれば，ロシアから石油を輸入する必要性もなくなる。
簡単に言えば，全世界の経済運営のための「へ理屈」を「総とっかえ」すべき時が来ている。
既に利権をもっている人々は滅びることになるかもしれないが，彼らのために全人類が滅びてしまうよりはマシなことだ。
今回の戦争の遠因及び経済的要因を考察すればするほど，そのように考える。

現在の日本の警察は，国際情勢の変化に適切に対応して広域的な組織犯罪（外国人の犯罪組織等を含む。）に対処する能力，並びに，日本国及び関連各国の税関当局等と緊密に連携して犯罪防止・犯罪捜査を遂行する能力が十分ではない。早急の改善が望まれる。

露軍は，戦車や装甲車のような機械化された手段によって移動する。
過去の時代のコサック兵（騎馬兵）のようにオープンな空間を新鮮な空気を吸いながら移動するわけではない。
機械化された手段の室内は，超三密の閉鎖空間となっている。
そのような超三密の移動する閉鎖空間が非常に多数使用されている。
しかし，新型コロナによって破綻してしまった露軍部隊は存在しないようだ。もっとも，存在していても機密事項なのだろうからわからない部分があることは否定しない。
他方，ウクライナ軍の側は，機械化された手段が非常に乏しく，苦しい状況の中で何とかやりくりしている。情報が乏しいという面もあるが，機械化された移動手段の中で部隊が破綻してしまったという報道は現在のところない。
以上のことから２つの可能性が示唆される。
可能性の１つは，露軍の兵士がワクチンを投与されているという可能性だ。しかし，10万人を超える兵士のためのワクチンを準備できるのだろうか。仮に短期間で準備できたとすれば，それはそれでかなり大きな疑惑の原因を提供することになる。
他の可能性は，新型コロナの感染拡大または感染防止と「三密の回避」とは無関係だという可能性だ。
いずれの可能性が肯定される場合であっても，「現在日本国政府がやっていることがほぼ完全に徒労だ」ということを示唆していると考えられる。
無論，いずれの可能性も肯定されない場合には別のことを考えなければならない。
一般に，（軍とは無関係な者である限り）一般的に疫学や病理学の関係の医師や専門家は，生物化学兵器戦というものの本質を全く知らないし，その対処方法も全く知らない。それゆえ，そのような文脈においては，完全に無能・無力な存在だと言える。
そのような無能・無力な者は政府に対して一切口出しすべきではない（←私人として何らかの主張をしたり意見を述べたりすることは各人の自由）。

あくまでも一般論としては，実施された特定の防疫手段が完全に正しいものだったとしても，生物化学兵器の場合には，（既に潜り込んでいる工作員によって）任意の場所で新たに散布されてしまうため，ほぼ全てのタイプの防疫手段が無効化されてしまうという特性をもっている。
このことは，例えば，中国のように完全に防疫手段が実施可能な国においても全く変わるところがない。

西側の主たる指導者や経営者の最大の誤りは，ベルリンの壁の崩壊によって世界が変わったと錯覚したことだ。しかし，ロシアの本質は変わっていない。
プーチンは，旧ソヴィエトロシア領土だった土地は現在のロシアの領土の一部だと思っている。だから，その地域における紛争は，プーチンにとっては国内紛争という主観的認識になる。
しかし，そのような地域であっても，国連に加盟している独立国に関しては，国際的（客観的）には，主権国家として承認されている。だから，その地域に対するロシアの軍事侵攻は，国際世界にとっては侵略戦争という客観的事実になる。
仮にプーチンの理屈が正しいとすれば，モスクワ周辺地域は，（かつてモンゴル帝国の一部だったので）モンゴルの支配に服するのが正しいということになる。中国も北朝鮮も韓国もモンゴルの一部でなければならないことになるはずだ。しかし，国際社会は，そのようには考えないし，現時点でそのような理屈が通用すると考える者は（モンゴル国内にも）いないだろう。
とはいえ，上記のことは，プーチンの「古代脳」では理解できないこと，または，承服できないことに該当する。「負け」を認めることはあり得ない。
それゆえ，プーチンとその取り巻きによって指導されている限り，ロシアが今後も侵略の対象地域を拡張することをやめることはないし，無論，ウクライナから手をひくこともない。
それゆえ，プーチンの一方的な行為によって全面核戦争に突入し，人類が滅亡してしまう現実のリスクが高まっている。
ロシア人は，プーチンとメドヴェージェフによって無理心中（compelled mass suicide）させられたくなければ，正しく行動すべきである。
それが期待できないときは，天罰または神罰が下ることを待つしかない。

確実に言えることは，露軍がミサイルを発射すればするほど手持ちミサイルの数がどんどん減少してしまうということだ。しかも，現状では露軍が新たにミサイルを製造することが資金的にも資材的にも不可能になっていると推定される。
もし在庫が潤沢に存在し，いくらでも製造可能な状態にあるのだとすれば，「恨み節」のような非難が口から出ることなどあり得ない。
ロシアの国内経済及び国際決済は，破綻寸前になっている，または，既に破綻していると推定される。中国と北朝鮮に対しても連鎖的に大きな影響を与えることになるだろう。

それにしても，プーチンは，自分だけは生き残ることが可能だと信じているフシがある。常に「自分だけは例外」と考える器質的素因のある脳構造をもった者の一員なのだろう。

積載していた弾薬やミサイル等が誘爆した可能性が高い。
核弾頭を積載しいた可能性が高いとされているけれども，そも核弾頭が炸裂したかどうかは全く不明。現在のところ，黒海周辺の大気中の放射線量が変動したという報道はない。
他方，下記のような記事も出ている。この記事で紹介されているビデオは，生存者が多数存在することを示す映像としてロシア政府が公表しているものとのことなのだが，その服装や関係者の顔ぶれからみて，だいぶ以前に撮影された画像だろうと推定できる。そして，どのように数えても500名にはほど遠い映像だと思う。そもそも沈没した戦闘艦とは全く無関係の映像である可能性もある。

情報が錯綜しているので確実ではないが，この種のミサイル攻撃が成功した場合に発生し得る状況から推定すると，爆発から沈没までの間にあまり時間がなく，500名前後とされている乗員の大半が戦死したものと想像される。
仮にそうだとして，巡航ミサイルの乱打によって何千人ものウクライナ民間人を殺し，ウクライナの美しい都市と平和な市民生活を徹底的に破壊し続けてきたことへの当然の報い（天罰または神罰という意味での応報）だと言える。同情に値しない。
この軍艦の水兵は，任務を放棄するか，または，逃走すべきだった。そのような状況を発生させた責任は，全てプーチンにある。
ロシアの軍艦に対するウクライナ軍によるミサイル攻撃は，現にウクライナ領土内への多数の巡航ミサイル攻撃を継続している露軍の武器に対するウクライナ領土内からの反撃行為であり，かつ，この軍艦はウクライナの領海内に存在していたと推定されるので，正当防衛行為であり，適法行為となる。

大事次世界大戦当時における旧大日本帝国の軍の輜重も極めて脆弱だった。日露戦争当時には戊辰戦争を生き抜いた将兵がいっぱい存在していたので，（当時の水準としては）現在理解されているよりもずっと合理的な対応策が講じられており，むしろ（相対的には）世界最高水準であった可能性があると言える。
しかし，第二次世界大戦の頃には，現実を知らない頭でっかちの参謀ばかりになってしまっていた。
その結果，第二次世界大戦当時においては，軍全体の知的能力が劣化し，システムとその管理というものを理解できるだけの能力と現実的な戦費調達能力＋具体的な輜重能力を全くもっていないような状態になっていたのだろうと思う。少なくとも，現代戦における短時間の莫大な消費という原現象を想定していなかったことだけは100％確実だと言える。
それゆえ，敗北は当然の帰結だったと言える。
同様の理由により，プーチンが大統領である限り，（全面核戦争により人類全部を滅亡させるという選択をする場合を除き）ロシアが最終的に勝利者となることはあり得ない。

正確性は不明なのだが，一応正しい数字だと仮定した場合，2万人という数が極めて大きな意味をもつ数だということはこれまで何度か述べてきた。
負傷者及び行方不明者の数が戦死者数とほぼ同数～倍と仮定した場合，露軍の戦闘不能兵士数が5万人を超える可能性のある数だからだ。
そこまで兵員数が喪失してしまうと，正気を失い，やぶれかぶれの行動に出る可能性が高くなる。例えば，核兵器や生物化学兵器の実戦使用がそのような行動の代表例であり，また，全面核戦争の開始もその例だ。
全面核戦争が開始すると，人類が滅亡してしまうことは避けらない。
特に，非常に高額なロケット兵器等を露領土内から発射してウクライナ及び近隣地に打ち込む攻撃だけが選択肢として露軍に残されるような事態となると，ますますもって国費の消耗が著しくなり，たちまち国家経済全部が破綻するに至る。中国経済も連鎖倒産的に全面破綻することになるだろう。
だから，やぶれかぶれで全面核戦争に突入するリスクが高まるのだ。
全て，プーチンとその取り巻きにその責任がある。各国の同調者または工作員も同罪だと言える。
彼らが存在するために，ただそれだけの理由により，人類が滅亡しかかっている。

現実には回収不能と思われるが，戦時賠償を考慮に入れるとGDPの計算が根本的に全く異なる計算結果となることが明らかなので，現時点におけるGDPの計算方法それ自体に本質的な欠陥が存在することが明らかである。
現時点では難しくても，将来，電子的な一括処理により，世界的な規模で，一瞬にして賠償義務のある国の電子資産全部を自動的に戦時賠償の支払に振り替えてしまうことが可能となるような時代が到来すると予測される。そのことから，軍事の専門家においても，サイバーな決済の時代に即した戦時賠償理論の再構築及び電子的な賠償実現手段の構築を検討すべきだろうと思う。

将官の戦死者としては9人目となるようだ。日本語の報道の中では「大佐」の戦死者が９人目と訳されているものがあるが，明らかな誤訳だ。
大将，中将，少将，大佐を含め，ロシアの軍隊の軍制において将官として扱われている者を識別・認識しなければならない。その場合，情報将校の特殊な職階制度が存在することにも留意しなければならない。
1人目とされる軍人から8人目とされる軍人の階級を調べれば，中将や少将が含まれていることを知ることができるから，そのことによって誤訳の原因を解析可能となる。
日本で入手可能な普通の常識だけで翻訳しようとすると，必ず失敗するので，このようなタイプの翻訳の分野で飯を食いたいとは思わないほうが良い。
とにかく，誰にも負けないレベルの膨大な量の知識の蓄積とその完全な理解が必須だ。

この12万人が投入された露軍兵士の全数ではないのかもしれないが，ほぼ全数と推定した上で，ウクライナ政府の発表によれば約1万9000人の露軍兵士が既に戦死しているとされているので，負傷兵，行方不明者及び（精神的なダメージを含め）戦闘不能の兵がそれと同数またはその2倍程度と推定すると，戦死，行方不明または戦闘不能の兵の数は約4万人～6万人と推定されることになる。

露軍によるウクライナ領土内におけるサリン等の毒ガス兵器による攻撃または細菌兵器による攻撃を正当化するための新たなFalse flagである可能性が高い。サリンは，極めて危険な毒物であり，テロ活動に使用されることがあり得るとされている。日本国内でも地下鉄サリン事件で使用され，多数の死傷者を出した。悪魔の所業としか思わないような凄惨な事件だった。しかし，現代の若者の間ではあまり知られていないかもしれない。

かつての共産主義運動の役割は既に終わっている。世界は，「共産党または労働者党の独裁」ではなく，「自由主義と民主主義が正しい」という選択をしている。
しかし．ロシアの共産主義者の世界的な暗躍により，（特に，本当はあまり知能レベルの高くない「知識人」を中心とする）精神の汚濁現象という残滓のようなものはまだまだ残存している。知能レベルが客観的に高い人々は，若い頃に一時的に染まったことがあっても，既に完全に卒業している。
コロナやインフルエンザと同じで，生まれながらにして（感染やワクチンなしに）自動的に抵抗力を身につけている者もあれば，感染により免疫力を身につける者もあれば，感染して死や障害に至る者もあれば，どのような方法で防御しても死亡してしまう者もある。これは，自然現象の一部であり，自然界の生態系の中ではごくありふれた現象の一種なので，特に異とすべきものではない。
一般論としては，粛清またはジェノサイドではなく自然死による解消を期待する限り，そのような残滓のような現象を消滅させるためには100年以上の年月を要することだろう。
その間，何度も揺り戻しのようなことが起き，非常に多数の人々が無残に殺される続けることになるだろう。一般に，狂信者を合理的に改心させる方法はない。

破壊した航空機の数は143，破壊したヘリコプターの数は134としている。
たいした数ではないと考えるかもしれないが，実戦に耐えるレベルの航空兵の数は，現実には，どの国の軍隊でも必ずしも多いとは言えない。しかも，訓練・養成に非常に長い時間と多額の資金を要するため，簡単に育成できない。
ロシアのジェット機やヘリコプターがどんどん撃墜されているのは，最新の携帯式防空システムの性能が非常に良いということが一番の原因ではあるが，どのような防空兵器にも限界があるので，それを理解するだけの高度の知能と極めて優れた運動能力及び操縦技術をもったパイロットではなく，普通のレベルのパイロットまたは訓練不足のパイロットや能力不足のパイロットを戦場に投入せざるを得ないという露軍兵士の底の浅さのようなものが影響しているのかもしれない。
いずれにしても，貴重な航空兵がどんどん戦死し，または，捕虜になってしまうと，その穴を埋めることは難しい。
しかも，現代の航空機は電子部品のかたまりのような構造になっており，実戦で使用すると，当然のことながら損耗や故障が発生する。ところが，露軍は，自前で電子部品を調達できない。

ウクライナが全く無防備だったとは思われない。これまで何度も大規模サイバー攻撃を受け，それなりに対応してきた。しかし，おそらく内部工作員（スパイ）による破壊工作を含め，およそ想定可能な全てのタイプの破壊活動が実行されたのだろう。サイバー防衛においては，電子的な防衛だけではなく，物的・人的な防衛も極めて重要な構成要素となっている。
あくまでも一般論としては，日本国においては，サイバー警察及びサイバー軍を可能な限り強化しないと，（出版社や新聞社を含め）全ての情報インフラが徹底的に破壊され，防衛など全くできず，ただ降伏し，奴隷になる（または，ジェノサイドされる）しかない国なってしまう可能性が極めて高い。

一般に，軍の装備等の評価額が国家の資産（または含み資産）として計算に入れられることはあまりないのではないかと思うが，仮にそのようにして計算した場合，ロシアは，（相当厳格に絞って試算した場合であっても）既に回復不可能なレベルの国家財政破綻状態にあると考えられる。
他方，プーチンが個人として贅沢のために使用（または横領）している国家資産の額の推計に関しては，下記の記事が出ている。
要するに，プーチンは，ロシアの資産を食いつぶし，国庫という意味での国家としてのロシアを破綻させ，国民を疲弊させ，地獄へと導き続けていることになる。後世の歴史家は，「死神」という「諱号（忌名）」を贈ることになるかもしれない。

加えて，ロシアは，（北方領土を含め）国内各地で（恫喝のための）軍事演習を行っているが，その費用は馬鹿にならない。各地の基地から兵士や物資を移動するための費用も馬鹿にならない。それらの演習や移動のための費用の支出だけでも，国家財政の破綻に相当寄与していることになると推定されるので，演習を実行すればするほど，国家としての「死」に近づくことになる。
ちなみに，日本国の大学においては，中国やロシアと親和的な学者が少なくないため，戦争経済学または戦争経営学または輜重学または戦争財政学の専門家がほとんどいないというのが現実だ。
現実にそのような学術分野の能力を発揮できるのは，大学の研究者ではなく，企業内の特定の部門の者等に限られてしまう。
ただし，それらの者の仕事は研究者としての仕事ではないので，「新たな情勢分析に基づく新たな理論構築ができない欠点がある」という意味では，洗脳されてしまっているタイプの学者と何ら変わらない。それゆえ，新たな理論構築という場面においては，実際には使いものにならない。「単なる秀才」にはそのような仕事はできない。

真偽は不明。まだ誰も事実を確認できていない。口で言うだけなら誰にでもできるし，内容の信頼性の担保はない。
このような場合，経験則により一応推定するのが妥当だ。
経験則としては，「ロシアの政治家は全て嘘つきだ」が適用される。「ロシアの州知事」は「ロシアの政治家」の一員だ。よって，「ロシアの州知事の言うことは嘘だ」が導出されることになる。
しかし，これは，あくまでも機械的・形式的な推論に過ぎない。確実な客観的証拠があるわけではない。
あくまでも可能性の問題としては，このことを口実にして，ミサイルによる小規模な核兵器攻撃または生物化学兵器攻撃を実行するためのFalse flagである疑いが強い。
