ユビキタスであることそれ自体が巨大な脆弱性要素となっているので，ユビキタスもIoTも原則として禁止するしかないと考えるのだが，どの国でもそんなことはできない。それゆえ，今後，サイバー攻撃は，更に深刻度を増し，非常に近い近未来において，現実に，物理的に社会の機能を止めるレベルまで達することになるだろう。
