これまでの経験により，どんでもない言動を自動生成してしまうことが判明している。

それによって誹謗中傷や侮辱の結果が発生することがあり得る。

そのような結果が生じ得ることが既に判明している以上，開発者やサービス提供者は，常に概括的・未必的故意があり，悪い結果によってもたらされる全ての法的責任を負うということを前提にそのようなサービスを提供していることになると評価することができる。

相当の資産家でもその損害賠償責任に耐えることは全くできない。なぜなら，全世界規模で損害が発生し得るからだ。
