Appleのロボットカーはこんな形になる？

私有地内で走らせる分には問題はないだろう。

けれども，公道を走らせることはできない。現行の道路運送車両法に全く適合しないからだ。法改正をしない限り，どうにもならない。

しかし，改正すべきだろうか？
