米国：政府システムの情報セキュリティ上のインシデントが増加し続けている？

下記の記事が出ている。

日本では，攻撃があっても「システムトラブル」と広報して隠蔽してしまうことが少なくないので，実際にどのような具合になっているかを明確に知ることができない。

知ることができないのは国民だけではない。国務大臣（内閣総理大臣を含む。）もまた真実を知ることができないし，情報セキュリティ担当者も知ることができない。無論，企業経営者も知ることができないので，適正な情報セキュリティ対策が講じられなくなり，悪循環に陥ることになる。

正直であるべきだ。
