一般に，どの国にとっても，「国益」とは他国に対する軍事的優位及び経済的優位を意味するので，それを脅かす可能性のある者は全て仮想敵となる。したがって，自由経済原理の下では，他国は常に例外なく仮想敵となる。もし国防目的での通信傍受が正当行為になるのであるとすれば，国家はそれを理由として常に通信傍受をなし得ることになる。つまり，国防目的または国益保護という文脈では，通信の秘密は常に成立しないという結論になる。

国家の生存権は，常に他国のリソースをより多く奪うことによって成立する。これは，個人の生存権が常に他人のリソースをより多く奪うことによって成立するのと同じことだ。

だから，現実の世界は，「戦時と平時が常に共存する状況」にあると考え，論文等でもそのように主張してきた。

憲法の教科書は，例外なく全て書き換えられなければならない。
