米国：連邦刑法（USC 18 1030）改正の動き

下記の記事が出ている。

かつてのベトナム戦争時における「良心的兵役拒否者」の議論ととても良く似ているように思う。結局，マックス・ウェーバーの時代と同じような議論が姿形を変えてずっと続いていることになる。

・・・というわけで，教養なしには何も語れないので，私は，大学及び法科大学院においては，「教養を強要する教授」を標榜し，学生に「１冊でも多くの古典と呼ばれる本を読め」と勧めている。
