EU：忘れ去られる権利（right to be forgotten）を盛り込む個人データ保護指令改正の動き

European Commissionの覚書は下記のところにある。

全面的に権利を認めるのではなく，柔軟な（現実的な）制限が加えられる見込みのようだ。

しかし，それでも米国流のビジネスモデルをもつIT企業にとってはかなり厳しいことになるのではないかと思う。
