米国：テキサス州の高校で採用されていたRFIDタグ付学生バッチが連邦憲法に違反するとして，高校によるRFIDバッチ使用について暫定的差止命令（仮処分）が認められたようだ

学生の保護者（親）に対して事前にきちんと説明した上で，拒否する者については，電子タグとしての追跡機能を物理的に破壊（kill）する措置を講じておけば，こういう問題が生ずることはなかっただろうと思う。
