模倣品・海賊版拡散防止条約（ACTA）の交渉

模倣品・海賊版拡散防止条約（Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA)）をめぐる交渉がパリで開催されていたが，交渉がまとまるまでにはまだまだ時間がかかりそうだ。次の会合は2009年3月にモロッコで開催される予定とのことだ。そのころには米国の政権交代の後になっており，次期政権の世界戦略が明確にされているだろうから，この交渉の方向性に関して何らかの影響を与えるかもしれない。
